WELCOME !
Founded in 1984 after the death of R.P. Maxime Le Grelle, it aims to promote the Brouage church as a place of memory of the origins of the new France and a place of pilgrimage for all Canadians and their friends.

The Memorial Commitee

Strong links unite our Brouage sanctuary to Canada:
-
Restoration of the roof in 1910 by Saint Jean-Baptiste of Québec society
-
Exhibition on the Christian origins of New France
-
Thanks to the McDonald Stewart Foundation, donations of remarkable stained glass by Canadian provinces and cities

OUR GOALS
Looking forward, the Committee wishes to develop friendship and cultural relations with North America in order to maintain "Francity" there.
We welcome any new member who will show the same interests for the purposes of the Committee and be present at the quarterly meetings.
